Dear Martin, I just wanted to write and thank you for all your help, as always, with assessing for a suitable chair for my Client. I have had feedback from the support staff who assist this lady with her care and who state that they have not seen her so calm and comfortable in a very long time. She is now able to have better function with her arms and has begun feeding herself again and participating in craft activities that she used to enjoy. She is able to spend longer periods of time in her chair, rather than in bed and her mood has significantly lifted.
The Carers were extremely happy with the swift delivery of the chair and the White Glove Service they received.

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you for the fast and speedy service you gave to my mother upon her return from hospital. A cry for help from us on a Friday and by Monday evening she was home from hospital and sitting in one of your lovely chairs. Thank you from us all!
